CDL-A Driver
Locations: Wells River, VT | Lyme, NH
Lyme Green Heat is looking for a CDL-A driver to join our growing team delivering renewable heating fuel across New Hampshire, Vermont, and Western Massachusetts. This role includes operating a mix of bulk fuel and delivery trucks and safely delivering materials to residential and commercial customers. Drivers are home every night with steady regional routes and significant overtime opportunities during the winter heating season. We’re looking for someone with a clean driving record, no automatic restrictions, and a commitment to safe and professional driving. Some physical work is required, including handling delivery hoses and equipment. Pay starting at $23.50+/hr, depending on experience.
CDL-B Driver
Locations: Wells River, VT | Lyme, NH
Lyme Green Heat is also hiring CDL-B drivers to help deliver renewable heating fuel throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, and Western Massachusetts. Drivers operate regional delivery trucks and work closely with our logistics team to complete daily delivery routes safely and efficiently. This position offers consistent regional driving with drivers home every night and strong overtime opportunities during the winter heating season. Candidates should have a clean driving record and be comfortable with physical tasks such as handling delivery hoses and equipment while working at customer sites. Pay starting at $21.50+/hr, depending on experience.
Boiler Cleaning Technician (Entry Level)
Locations: Rutland, VT | Littleton, NH | Western MA | Lyme, NH
This is a great entry point into the HVAC and renewable heating industry. Boiler Cleaning Technicians help maintain and clean high-efficiency biomass heating systems while learning how modern heating systems operate. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians learning boiler operation, troubleshooting basics, and service procedures. Over time, this role can grow into a Boiler Service Technician position for the right candidate. Mechanical aptitude, curiosity, and problem-solving ability are more important than prior experience, and we are happy to train motivated candidates. Work is year-round with heavier workloads during the winter heating season, and a company vehicle is provided after training. Pay starting at $20+/hr.
Boiler Service Technician
Locations: Rutland, VT | Littleton, NH | Western MA | Lyme, NH
Lyme Green Heat is seeking experienced Boiler Service Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-efficiency biomass heating systems. Technicians work on a combination of service calls, system maintenance, and new installations for residential, municipal, and commercial customers. Ideal candidates have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Technicians are provided a take-home service van and participate in a shared on-call rotation during the heating season. Pay starting at $24+/hr, depending on experience.
