We have trained, certified professional technicians on call to get to you when you need us. We keep parts in stock on our trucks, with the intention that we can have your system back up and running in one trip. No waiting for parts to be ordered to get things working properly. We also offer annual service of MESYS Systems, because preventative maintenance offers you the best insurance against untimely heating system emergencies.
Commercial Maintenance Plan
The LGH Commercial Preventative Maintenance Plan offers Lyme Green Heat customers the comfort and security of a well-maintained and safe wood pellet heating system. Our Preventive Maintenance Plan is tailored to your system’s specific work load. Our factory-trained and certified techs are professional, organized, and will leave your pellet system ready to resume operation. Our Commercial Boiler Maintenance Plan includes your heating system’s annual service, periodic cleaning/inspection, and 24-hour emergency support.
During a typical heating season, biomass boilers build up ash on the heat exchanger and chimney connection. During our annual service visit, we take apart and clean the combustion chamber, burner, heat exchanger, and ash removal system. The inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of the moving parts in your boiler allow for reliable boiler operation. Our technicians check and adjust your boiler controls to ensure high efficiency. We also take time to inspect your pellet storage tank or silo and vacuum lines and fill pipe to ensure safe and clean pellet filling and conveying.
LGH Commercial Preventive Maintenance Plan
- Plan covers MESYS and Froling boilers with outputs of 56kw-100kw
- Clean and inspect boiler and flue connections
- Inspect and lubricate all moving parts of boiler
- Inspect pellet conveying equipment
- Inspect wood pellet storage (fabric hopper, silo, or custom built bins)
- Inspect pellet fill and vent pipes
- Provide detailed report of work performed
- Report any additional service or repair work that needs to be performed outside of the general inspection and cleaning done under the Green Light Commercial Preventive Maintenance Plan

Our Green Light Service includes your heating system’s annual service, 24-hour emergency support, and covers a large number replacement parts.

24-hour Emergency Service
If your equipment stops working, we’ll come fix it! We are available 24 hours a day to our Green Light Service customers. We carry a large stock of OkoFEN and Froling pellet boiler parts along with common plumbing and HVAC controls used with these systems.
